Escala evaluativa heterogénea de la minusvalía después de un accidente vascular cerebral.
Consta de un instrumento de 6 ítems que oscila del 0 (sin ninguna minusvalía) al 5 (minusvalía mayor, reposo en cama permanente, incontinencia y necesidad permanente de cuidados de enfermería).
Se realiza en un periodo de tiempo muy corto.

Comentario general sobre la fiabilidad:
La reproducibilidad entre responsables de valoración, en su versión en inglés, parece mejorar si la evaluación va acompañada de una entrevista semiestructurada [11, 16, 23]. Se ha comparado la validez de la convergencia comparándola con las escalas de incapacidad y, en particular, el índice de Barthel.
